Welcome to Blackcomb Springs Suites, Your Home Away from Home.  For your safety and enjoyment, we have developed the Clíque Clean and Clíque Confident initiatives, which include protocols developed following the guidance of the BC Ministry of Health, BC Center for Disease Control, Vancouver Coastal Health, Alberta Health Services, and local health and government authorities. Enhanced hands-on training and a formal audit program ensure initial and continued compliance.

    1. Your Suite has been cleaned thoroughly and strictly adheres to all protocols and mandates from the local and provincial health authorities.  Our Team has been trained to maintain social distancing and on updated disinfecting protocols
    2. Maximum occupancy in elevators is three guests unless they are in the same party, then it is suggested that the entire party ride at the same time
    3. Guests are requested to limit their time in the pool deck to a maximum of one hour. The maximum occupancy in hot tubes is five guests unless they are in the same party. The maximum time is 30 minutes. Social distancing is highly encouraged
    4. Hand sanitizer is available in the lobby. Hand sanitizer bottles are available for purchase at $5 through Guest Services
    5. Housekeeping service is provided for stays of four nights or more. For stays of three nights or less, it is provided on request only. Service is provided while Guests are outside the Suite. Housekeeping service should be scheduled in advance
    6. Exercise Room, BBQ, and Ping Pong table use is limited to two guests at a time and requires reservations. Time is limited to 45 minutes maximum. Open 10am to 10pm
    7. In-Suite collateral has been removed. Information on activities, restaurants, food & grocery delivery service, shuttle service and maps is available through the Blackcomb Springs Suites app
    8. Items from the store are available through Guest Services. Payment by card only
    9. Express check out is highly encouraged. Please leave your keys on the kitchen counter or drop them in the “Used Keys” box in Front Desk. Call Guest Services to verify email to send your folio
    10. To ensure proper time in between guests and for the safety of our housekeeping team, late check-outs are not available. Please ensure to vacant your Suite by 10 am
