The following policy is in place for you, your four-legged family member, and for the comfort of other hotel guests.

Please familiarize yourself with the following hotel’s pet friendly rules:

• Dogs are the only permitted pets on property
• Dogs are only permitted in designated pet-friendly Suites. Designated pet-friendly suites must be reserved in advance
• Additional fees may apply if your dog causes any damage or disturbances in the Suite or hotel
• Dogs must not be left alone in your suite
• We can provide a list of pet sitting services through the Guest Services Department
• Please utilize the walking trails for your pet’s exercise and relief needs
• Maximum two dogs per pet-friendly Suite, per visit (limited availability)
• The pet fee is $29 per dog per night
• Dogs should be leashed or crated at all times in public spaces in the hotel or on the property
• Dogs should be supervised at all times while in the Suite or on the property
• A $25 per hour “time out” fee is assessed by Blackcomb Springs Suites if a pet is left unattended and needs to be removed from a Suite
• Guests should display the “Do Not Disturb” sign to alert housekeeping that a pet is in the suite
• Dogs are not allowed in the Health & Fitness Center, Pool and Hot Tub, food serving areas, indoor meeting and function spaces
• Guests are responsible for dog waste clean-up inside the hotel and throughout the property grounds. Complimentary bags are provided at main hotel entrances
• If your pet has an accident please inform housekeeping to avoid an extra deep cleaning charge
• Guests are responsible for all personal injuries and/or property damage related to their dog(s)
